About Ryun Anderson, LMSW-CC
Healing and well-being are possible for you, whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking alignment of personal identity and values, struggling with purpose or meaning, or exploring grief, trauma, recovery and resilience. I want to support clients who wish to collaborate in a process of vulnerability, self-discovery, affirmation and empowerment. I am highly influenced by social justice and our work will be focused on your individual healing, as well as understanding and working with the powers of privilege and oppression that we must navigate in order to move towards a healthy, resilient, connected life.
I offer a holistic, relational and authentic approach to therapy that integrates reflection, meaning-making and embodiment. Our work together will be guided by your own goals and values and I will bring education, skill-building opportunities, mindfulness exercises, and guided reflection.
As I hold space to support even the most difficult moments of sorrow and pain, I enjoy integrating play, spirituality (however you define that for yourself), nature, humor, and joy into our work together.
